xlibre FreeBSD official

I just recently used gitup to update ports (sometime after 11pm Dec 13th) and saw xlibre.  Time to celebrate.  I checked freshports for xlibre to be sure that xlibre was indeed an official part of the FreeBSD ports tree and it is as of 1am Dec 12th.  Things will be much easier now, unless I choose to try after each commit like I do with my own unofficial ports.

I think I will keep the things I have setup for xlibre, maybe still use it for testing but I am unsure.  Now it could be everything from the ports tree instead of requiring the port overlay.  Xlibre now will begin a serious level of adoption on FreeBSD and very likely an even stronger level of support, debugging, and improvement.  Those of us who would prefer to avoid Wayland on FreeBSD now have a proper avenue for adoption.
